Following the advice of health authorities in responding to the spread of coronavirus, we would like to provide the below guidance to all our clients:
- As many of you frequently travel for work and pleasure, as well as travelling from abroad to see us, we ask that you adhere to the advice from the World Health Organisation, the National Health Service, and Public Health England with regards to the spread and containment of Coronavirus.
- If you have returned from any of the countries listed on the government website in recent weeks we ask that you reschedule your appointment to a date that is 14 days or more from the date of your arrival back to the UK provided that you are fit and well.
- If you have been told by the NHS to self-isolate, then please let us know and we will rearrange your appointment.
- In the event that you are one of our customers who has visited us within the previous 14 days and has since been diagnosed as having contracted Coronavirus, or has been in proximity to someone who has been diagnosed as having contracted the virus, we ask that you make us aware so that we can take necessary action.
At DestinationSkin, we always have and always will put the health and safety of our clients and employees first. This is one of our core values.
With the growing concerns surrounding Coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to reassure you that we are rigorous in our commitment to safety and we are being extra vigilant to ensure we are prepared for all scenarios.
It is vital that we maintain the safest conditions possible for our clients and teams, and we recognise that this next stage in the Covid-19 roadmap is not without risk. Therefore, we will be following Public Health England’s guidance, which means our clinic teams will continue to wear PPE and follow our Business Covid-19 safety risk assessment.
We pride ourselves in the high standards of cleanliness at our clinics. The DestinationSkin team always ensure that our treatment rooms (machines, utensils and work surfaces) are wiped and sanitised after each client.
We’re Here to Help
Our staff follow stringent hand hygiene policies, including double cleansing their hands before and after each treatment and using gloves where necessary.
As always, hand sanitisers are also available for you to use throughout the clinic, before and after your treatments. These are located at front desk. Our bathroom and treatment rooms all contain adequate hand washing facilities.
