The Role

We are looking for a clinic manager to lead the efficient operational delivery of advanced skin solutions that work within clinic to ensure full compliance with internal and external regulatory standards, to assist, develop and support clinic team to ensure they provide the best service to all clients and to deliver clinic operational performance targets.

Your role will be varied and include the following areas:

· Leadership of the team in line with the company values promoting DestinationSkin’s brand and service
·Full accountability for clinic performance and profit
·Providing all clients with the best customer service ensuring compliance in line with policies and procedures
·Managing of local marketing in line with company branding

Key Responsibilities;

  • To lead, motivate and manage clinic staff to encourage a high performing team – Appraise, encourage and support clinic staff – Ensure all staff are trained effectively and manage performance/conflict where necessary
  • Delivering industry leading customer service that takes us from “Good to Great” – Develop and maintain a customer focussed culture within the clinic that delivers high standards of service and creates long term relationships with clients. Manage client expectations by reporting and managing all client complaints in line with company protocol where necessary
  • Making our vision and values live and breathe – Maintain a high profile within clinics and clients alike in order to lead by example and stand by company values
  • Effective staff rotaring – Ensuring we have the right people in the right place at the right time enabling full clinic optimisation. Using every possible opportunity to facilitate clinic efficiency
  • P&L management, taking every opportunity to minimise costs and maximise revenue – Review and analyse clinic financial performance vs target against clinic/company EBITDA. Plan and implement stock control to maximise sales and minismise any stock loss
  • Ensure all organisational audit, policies and protocol standards are met at all times – Ensure continual review of administration and operational procedures within clinic to certify full health and safety within clinic whilst increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of the clinic
