You don’t need to do anything; if your clinic is moving to a new home, we will contact you to let you know when the location of your appointments will change. You’ll still receive the same excellent service at sk:n, and your package, pricing and finance will not be affected.

We will ensure as much as we can that this move will cause as little disruption to our clients as possible, so we will keep you fully informed of clinic refurbishment dates and moves.

Of course. At sk:n and DestinationSkin, we have thorough, private clinical notes for each client, which gives in-depth information about the client and their treatment plan. These will continue to be held securely for any new member of the clinic team to access. The great news is our current practitioners and doctors are staying when we change to sk:n, so you’ll also see the same friendly faces too.

We will do our very best to put every client in for treatment with their original doctor or practitioner if required, as long as they are available at the desired time slot.

Your package, pricing and finance will not be affected. We will offer DestinationSkin existing clients our privilege pricing for a period of time, for as long as you remain an on-going client of sk:n.

No. You will retain your finance package and pay off the installments as agreed in your contract. If you wish to take out finance again in future, you will start a new contract with sk:n’s finance provider, Omni Capital.

Not at all. DestinationSkin practitioners and doctors still have the same high level of training and the clinics have excellent safety protocols as sk:n. The difference in safety is that sk:n is regulated by the Care Quality Commission, the same body that regulates the NHS and other private healthcare providers. This means that sk:n clinics will always offer the most stringent safety and care measures, as the UK’s leading dermatology and aesthetic clinics.

Services that are CQC registered will always offer the most stringent safety and care measures. Our training, safety and treatment protocols, developed by our Medical Standards Team are long-established, regularly updated and strictly monitored. DestinationSkin has the same stringent protocols, just without the CQC regulation.

Every single injectables treater at sk:n and DestinationSkin is only ever a doctor, dermatologist, surgeon, dentist or nurse prescriber, and to practice all have to be registered with the relevant Medical Councils. This means that, for dermatology services or injectable treatment, you will only ever have treatment with a medically qualified, trained and registered healthcare professional. Our skin practitioners, therapists and experts have unrivalled training and upskilling programmes and all are signed off by a nurse prior to every single treatment they deliver. All of this means that you can trust that your care and safety is at the heart of everything sk:n does.

No. To accomodate all of our new clients to sk:n and to further improve the excellent levels of the services we offer, we will be doing an number of things to ensure all clients can get the appointment they need. This ranges from increasing our clinic opening hours, extended the range of services we offer, refurbishing and adding more rooms where possible and increasing the number of doctors and practitioners available to deliver these services. We’re also investing heavily in new technology to improve our service and innovation offering.

Of course we cannot promise that we will not experience busy periods where it can be harder to book, but we monitor our clinics every single day to ensure clients can have the appointment they need.

All of our doctors and practitioners will be moving to sk:n, so you should be able to book with a familiar face if they are available for the appointment you want.
