Dr Meriem Martins is a GMC Registered Cosmetic Doctor with a licence to provide non-surgical cosmetic treatments. Dr Meriem has an extensive qualification list of MBBS, PG Certificate in Non-Surgical Aesthetic Medicine, MBCAM has completed a Masters in Aesthetic Medicine course at Queen Mary University of London. As a full Member of BCAM (British College of Aesthetic Medicine), Dr Meriem is also our leading Non-Surgical Face Lift expert and a resident injectables specialist for our Basingstoke clinic.

Dr. Meriem started her clinical career as a Paediatrician, working with young people for 14 years. She retrained in Cosmetic Dermatology in 2000, gaining a postgraduate degree in non-surgical aesthetic medicine from Queen Mary University of London.

Dr Meriem specialises in provision of non-surgical cosmetic treatments. Every patient undergoes the full facial assessment and advanced aesthetic treatment plan, which is created to achieve the best results. She offers a very wide range of aesthetic treatments including:

Q&A with Dr Meriem Martins

Q: What are you interests?
A:  Advanced Rejuvenation techniques and sciences. Outside of work I enjoy keeping fit walking and attending pilates classes. Also travelling and spending time with my family.

Q: What is your favourite treatment and why?
A:  Botox treatments remain as my favourite, as they are simple and very effective. Also Suspension Threads treatments, which can help in achieving a natural long-lasting effect due to collagenesis.

Q: What do you enjoy most about your job?
A:  The challenge of applying the breadth and depth of my experience to each very individual client and the satisfaction of successful outcomes.

Q: What advice you would give to someone considering injectable treatments?
A: First of all, ensure that you are treated by a qualified and registered specialist. Ensure that you are fully aware of what can and cannot be achieved. Understand the limitations that apply to your chosen outcomes and rely on the experience of your practitioner.
