What areas can be treated?

This treatment can only be used on facial areas.

Is the treatment right for me?

This treatment is suitable for all skin types experiencing compromised concerns such as pigmentation, dullness and photo damage, with best results being achieved on a higher fitzpatrick. Should be used with caution on sensitized skin.

What happens during my treatment?

When the Mandelic peel is applied it will create an uneven redness to your skin, with minimal irritation. With each stage of the peel, you may experience a warm sensation, but the skin will remain comfortable throughout. However, if Retinol is applied during the treatment, you may experience an increased heat sensation.

Will my face, well, peel?

Your skin may feel dry and tight due to epidermal water loss, which could create a skin flaking, which could last between 3-6 days.

How many treatments are recommended?

We recommend a course of 3 treatments, with 1 treatment every 4 weeks.

What will the treatment feel like?

When the peel is applied to your skin, it will gradually become warm all over, with each layer becoming progessively warmer. A mild tingling sensation may occur. By the time the treatment is finished, your skin will feel comfortable all over.
