Summer Sale Offer
Saving not to be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. Laser Hair Removal Packages, Hair All Gone option, PAYG treatments, electrolysis and Dermaroller/Electronic Derma Stamp (EDS) are excluded from the promotion and will not count towards spend. Promotion may be withdrawn or amended at any time at the discretion of DestinationSkin. Valid Mon 3rd July – Sun 6th August. Skincare products offer is not available online, available in clinic only. Exclusions apply.
Price Match Promise
If you receive a genuine quote from a competitor for the same like for like treatment we will match your quote. This must be the same treatment, using like for like machinery, the same area and the same number of treatments. The quote must be in writing from the company and must be recent and valid. DestinationSkin reserves the right not to match the quote should this not be deemed like for like. Price Match Promise is at the discretion of the clinic manager.

The free taster treatment is valid with the following treatments choices: mini-microdermabrasion, mini peel or small laser hair removal treatment (areas include underarms, bikini classic, upper lip, chin or cheeks – your practitioner will be able to advise on all areas at your local clinic). Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and is only valid once per person. Time of treatment is 15 mins, based on a successful consultation. Medical history will be assessed prior to treatment. Valid for new and lapsed clients only. £25 deposit is required to secure your booking, and this is fully redeemable against any treatment purchased.
Hair All Gone Laser Hair Removal
Pay for the time not the area with our flexible Hair All Gone option. Receive 1 hour of Laser Hair Removal on any area(s). The treatment time is 1 hour from the time the treatment starts. 6 or 12 month payment plans are available. Please ask your practitioner for more details.
Treatment Voucher Terms
Vouchers can be exchanged for any goods/service at DestinationSkin clinic (excluding retail products) and must be redeemed at time of treatment. Vouchers cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash. Voucher is valid for the face value of treatment and can only be exchanged for treatments of a higher price on payment of the difference (excludes electrolysis and injectables). This voucher has £0 value and remains the property of DestinationSkin.
Refer a Friend
Referring friend: We will add £50 to your account for each friend you recommend. Can only be redeemed when the referring friend purchases their first treatment, with a minimum spend of £150. There’s no maximum number of friends you can refer. You can store up to 2 referral rewards on your account, i.e. a maximum of £100 to be redeemed against a treatment purchase. Refer a friend scheme excludes products, electrolysis, hair all gone & top-up courses. To redeem your reward, you must also spend a minimum of: £100 with 1 friend on account or £150 with 2 friends on account. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer. No cash alternative.
Referred friend: Receive £50 off your first treatment. Minimum spend of £150. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Normal consultation rules apply.
Collect one loyalty stamp per visit, per day when you have a treatment. No stamp can be rewarded for a product purchase. Enjoy 10% off your next product purchase after you’ve collected 3 stamps, excludes prescription products and Clarisonic brushes / refills. After 6 stamps, enjoy 10% off your next course of treatment, excludes courses of injectable treatments & hair or skin packages. Loyalty Card expires 31st December 2016.

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions on the DestinationSkin online shop, please scroll through this screen, read them carefully and print a copy for future reference.
Online Shop Pricing & Availability
All product prices are in £ sterling including VAT at the current UK rate and exclusive of delivery. We reserve the right to change any advertised price before accepting an order. All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a refund for the unavailable product(s).
Online Shop Authenticity
We guarantee that all advertised products are 100% genuine.

Online Shop Customer Orders:
We are currently only able to service customers in the UK market. All deliveries are sent out using Royal Mail and may require a signature on receipt. We aim to dispatch all deliveries within 2-3 working days of receiving your order. Any queries or questions regarding our online shop, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or contact our support office on 0845 125 8415. Due to the nature of ordering on the Internet it is not possible for you to specify a delivery date, however, you can nominate an alternative delivery address if this is more convenient. Simply fill in an alternative delivery address when you place your order.
Online Shop Order Payment
Payment online can be made using Paypal. Payment will be debited to your account before despatch of your purchase. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from DestinationSkin.
Online Shop Returns, Order Cancellation & Incorrect Items
If a product has been damaged in transit or is faulty, please contact us on 0845 125 8415 within 3 working days of order receipt to arrange a replacement or a refund and return of the faulty item by second class post. In such cases we will refund the postage cost of returning the item and any replacement will be sent with no further P&P charge.
Please note errors occur time to time, if you have received an incorrect item please contact us on 0845 125 8415 within 3 working days of receipt to arrange the correct items to be delivered. Failure to contact us within this time scale will result in full payment of the item you wish to receive.
If your parcel delivery has been attempted, a card left and not collected at your local Royal Mail depot after 18 days, the order will be sent back to the DestinationSkin head office. If this happens please contact us within 28 days of the initial order date and we can resend the items to you at your cost. If you contact us outside of the 28 days unfortunately we cannot offer a refund.
Online Shop Cancellation of Orders
Except at the busiest time of the year, e.g. Christmas, orders are normally despatched to you within 3 working days of receipt by us. If you wish to cancel BEFORE we have sent goods, you must do so by phone and confirm by email or fax at the same time. If your order has not been sent, it will be cancelled and there will be no charge whatsoever.
If you change your mind and cancel AFTER your order has been sent to you or after receiving the goods the following procedures apply :-
When you receive your order, as per the EU Distance Selling Directive, you have a “cooling off period” of 7 days to return the ordered products if you have changed your mind and wish to cancel. The goods must be returned unused, unopened and in the same condition as they were originally despatched from DestinationSkin. We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was despatched by us
You must contact us by phone to confirm which items are being returned. You will be requested to return the goods by second class post (we recommend you get Proof of Posting) and will be required to pay the cost of returning the goods. There will be no refund of the cost of returning the goods. Any free gifts associated with an item must be returned at the same time. Please return them to the address at the bottom of the page along with a note of your details and the reason for return. Refunds will be made to the original charged account within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.
These conditions do not affect your statutory rights
It is always helpful to know why you have changed your mind and cancelled an order.

You will be sent an e-mail confirming receipt of your order with DestinationSkin. We reserve the right to decline any order. All orders are accepted subject to our Terms and Conditions of Sale

As a statement these Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Sales on this web site are governed by English law and you agree to submit any dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. All orders are subject to these terms and conditions, and no amendments will be accepted by us.
