PERSON PROFILE:
· Excellent commercial awareness alongside a driven, pro-active approach to sourcing clients and making sales to meet and exceed targets
· Passion for the business, energetic and highly self-motivated
· Strong client awareness and focus
· Able to work flexibly to suit the hours (various shift patterns) and needs of the Clinic
· Strong work ethic and concern for the wider team
· Sound organisational skills with the ability to identify and juggle priorities
· IPL/laser experience preferred
· Qualified to NVQ3 or above essential
· Medical aesthetic background useful.
· A qualification in electrical facials and electrolysis and a minimum of one/two years’ experience in these areas preferable.
